Neoorah Williams is a Registered Nurse and self love coach. Coaching content on this site, in the podcast, or in any workbook is for informational and personal growth purposes only. It is not a diagnosis, treatment plan, or professional medical or mental health advice. 6. Booking and payment

Coaching services are booked through the clarity call process or by written agreement. Fees, payment schedules, and package terms are shared before any agreement is signed. All payments must be made on time unless a different arrangement has been confirmed in writing.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, reschedules, and refund policies are included in the coaching agreement you receive before beginning services. Generally, sessions rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited. Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the terms of your signed agreement.

8. User content and conduct

If you submit testimonials, comments, emails, or other content, you grant Loving Me First Co. permission to use that content in connection with our services and marketing. We reserve the right to remove or decline any user content that is harmful, false, or inappropriate.
